High-Density Layout & Space Saving
Pin count ranges from 4 to 100 pins. With double-row arrangement and 1.27mm standard pitch, it achieves simultaneous multi-channel signal and power transmission within limited PCB space, perfectly meeting the design requirements of miniaturization and high-density component layout, greatly improving PCB space utilization.
Suitable for Automated Mass Production
Designed specifically for SMT process, it supports automatic placement and reflow soldering. It is usually supplied in tape-and-reel or tube packaging, allowing synchronous processing with other SMT components without extra manual assembly. Some models are equipped with a metal pick-up cover for better automation compatibility, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing mass production cost.
Stable & Reliable Electrical Performance
Contacts are made of high-conductivity phosphor bronze or brass, with nickel underplating and gold or tin plating. Contact resistance is ≤ 20mΩ, effectively reducing signal transmission loss. Rated current is generally 1A, withstanding voltage up to AC 500V, and insulation resistance ≥ 1000MΩ, effectively preventing leakage and signal interference to ensure stable circuit operation.
High-Temperature Resistance & Flame Retardant
Insulator is made of high-temperature engineering plastics such as PA6T and LCP, compliant with UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard, capable of withstanding short-time high temperature around 260°C during reflow soldering.
Operating temperature range: -40°C to 105°C (some models up to -55°C to 125°C), adapting to complex temperature and humidity environments such as industrial control and automotive electronics.
Customizable Specifications & Wide Application
Supports various customizations: insulator height can be 1mm, 2mm, 4.4mm, etc.; pin length can be adjusted according to PCB assembly distance; positioning posts can be added to improve mounting accuracy.
With strong compatibility, it is widely used for board-to-board signal transmission in communication equipment, medical instruments, industrial control equipment and other fields.
