Product Features
High-density layout & high space utilization
These connectors typically have 4–100 pins. With a dual-row arrangement and standard 1.27mm pitch, they enable simultaneous transmission of multiple signals and power within limited PCB space.
For example, model KH‑1.27FH‑2X18P‑H4.3‑SMT features 2 rows × 18 pins, providing 36 connection points, perfectly meeting the high‑density layout requirements of electronic devices.
Suitable for automated production & high mass‑production efficiency
Designed specifically for SMT processes, they support automatic placement and reflow soldering. Some models are equipped with a metal pick‑and‑place cover for automated equipment.
They are usually supplied in tubes or tape‑and‑reel packaging, allowing synchronous processing with other SMT components and eliminating manual assembly steps. Compliant with RoHS standards, they greatly improve assembly efficiency and reduce production costs.
Stable electrical performance & reliable transmission
Contacts are mostly made of brass or phosphor bronze with nickel under‑plating and gold plating; customized plating specifications are also available. This ensures excellent conductivity and enhanced corrosion resistance.
Maximum contact resistance is ≤ 20 mΩ with low signal loss. Rated current is typically 1A, insulation resistance can reach up to 1000 MΩ, and withstanding voltage is up to 500V AC. These properties effectively prevent leakage and signal interference, ensuring stable circuit operation.
Heat‑resistant & flame‑retardant materials for harsh environments
Insulators are made of high‑temperature engineering plastics such as LCP and PA6T, meeting UL94 V‑0 flame‑retardant standards. Some products can withstand short‑term high temperatures up to 280°C during reflow soldering.
Operating temperature ranges from ‑40°C to +105°C for standard models, and can be extended to ‑65°C to +125°C for special versions, making them suitable for demanding environments such as automotive electronics and industrial control.
Flexible customization & wide application range
Diverse customization options are supported: insulator height can be 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, etc.; pin length and PCB terminal length can be adjusted; positioning pins can be added to improve placement accuracy.
They are widely used in communications equipment, medical instruments, industrial control devices, automotive electronics, and other fields, ideal for board‑to‑board signal and power transmission.
