This is a high-precision board-to-board connection component designed for ultra-thin and small electronic devices. Compared to the common H1.5 and H1.85 specifications, it is even thinner. It has significant advantages in high-density integration scenarios. Core Parameters and Structural Interpretation 

0.5BTB and Single Slot: "0.5BTB" represents a board-to-board connector with a 0.5mm pitch. This precise pitch enables a multi-contact layout in a very small space, perfectly meeting the high-density design requirements of PCB boards; "Single Slot" is its mating structure. During insertion and extraction, it can precisely fit the corresponding female socket, reducing alignment deviation and ensuring the basic connection stability, suitable for the inter-board connection scenarios of conventional electronic devices. 

2X12P and Male Socket: "2X12P" refers to a dual-row 12-pin design, with a total of 24 contact points, which can simultaneously meet the signal transmission and low-voltage power supply requirements of small devices, and is suitable for the connection demands of most micro modules; "Male Socket" serves as the active connection end. The pins adopt a raised design and need to be paired with the corresponding female socket of the same specification to form a complete board-to-board connection link. 

H1.28 and without pillars: "H1.28" is the combined height of the male and female components after mating, which is only 1.28mm. It belongs to an ultra-thin specification, far lower than the conventional products with a combined height of 1.5mm or more. It can greatly save the vertical space inside the device; "without pillars" means without the positioning column design. Although it lacks the column-shaped positioning structure, it is suitable for PCB boards without reserved positioning holes, making the installation more flexible. It can be directly fixed through SMT (Surface Mount Technology) assembly process, and is suitable for compact layouts with limited space. 

Base color: This refers to the insulation material retaining the original color of the substrate. It is typically a light beige color similar to that of LCP engineering plastics. This uncolored material ensures purity and avoids the influence of dyeing agents on the high-temperature resistance performance. At the same time, it meets the visual compatibility requirements for most internal materials of small electronic devices. 


Material and Performance Advantages 

The contact pins of this type of public socket are generally made of phosphor bronze material, and are coated with gold on the surface. This not only enables the contact resistance to be controlled at the milli-ohm level, ensuring stable transmission, but also has excellent anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance. It can usually withstand more than 5,000 plug-in and unplugging cycles. The insulating material used is LCP, which complies with the UL94 V-0 fire safety standard. It can withstand reflow soldering processes and can operate stably within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It is suitable for different temperature conditions of indoor and outdoor small devices. In addition, the flatness error is usually controlled within 0.1mm, which can reduce the problem of poor contact during connection.

The characteristics of ultra-small and high-density pins make it an ideal connection component for miniature electronic devices. For example, in the connections of TWS Bluetooth headphones, the mainboard and battery module of smart watches, and sensor modules, it can adapt to the ultra-thin body design of the devices; at the same time, it can also adapt to the internal control boards and functional modules of miniature sports cameras and small drones. Moreover, in portable blood glucose meters, mini smart speakers and other devices with strict restrictions on volume and weight, its pillarless design can flexibly adapt to various PCB board layouts, and the stable transmission performance can also ensure the normal operation of the devices.
