For example, Kinghelm model KH‑1.27FH‑2X18P‑H4.3‑SMT has 2 rows × 18 pins, providing 36 connection points.

The dual‑row design achieves multi‑channel connection in a compact space and greatly improves PCB space utilization.

Maximum contact resistance: ≤ 20 mΩ, ensuring low signal loss.

Insulation resistance: ≥ 1000 MΩ.

Withstanding voltage: 500V AC.

Temperature Resistance & Flame Retardancy

Insulators are made of high‑temperature engineering plastics such as PA6T and LCP, compliant with UL94 V‑0 flame retardant standard.

Withstands reflow soldering high temperatures and harsh environmental conditions.


Material & Process Design

Contact Material

Contacts are made of high‑conductivity, high‑elasticity brass or phosphor bronze.

Surface treatment: nickel under‑plating + gold or tin plating.

Minimum gold plating thickness: 1 μm; minimum nickel under‑plating thickness: 30 μm.

Ensures excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance and service life.

SMT Process Compatibility
