The 1.27mm SMT Single Row Female Header is a core board-to-board interconnect component designed for surface mount technology. With its compact structure and stable performance, it is widely used in various precision electronic devices. Excellent Specification Compatibility

Pin count ranges from 2 to 50 pins to meet signal transmission requirements of different circuits. The single-row design with a standard 1.27mm pitch enables efficient layout in limited PCB space, supporting the miniaturization and high-density component arrangement of electronic equipment. Some models can be equipped with positioning posts to improve positioning accuracy during SMT mounting and avoid misalignment.

Suitable for Automated Mass Production

Specially designed for SMT process, it supports automatic placement and reflow soldering, and can withstand short‑term high temperature around 260°C during reflow. It is usually supplied in tube or tape‑and‑reel packaging, allowing synchronous processing with other SMT components without additional manual assembly, meeting the efficiency requirements of large‑scale production. All products comply with RoHS environmental standards.

Stable and Excellent Electrical Performance

Contacts are made of high‑conductivity phosphor bronze with nickel underplating and gold plating on contact areas, and nickel underplating and tin plating on solder pins. Contact resistance is ≤ 20mΩ, ensuring low signal loss. Typical rated current is 1–2A, insulation resistance ≥ 1000MΩ, and some models withstand voltage up to 900Vrms, effectively preventing leakage and signal interference to ensure circuit signal integrity.

Durable Materials and Wide Temperature Range

Insulators are made of high-temperature engineering plastics such as LCP and PA9T, compliant with UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard to resist local high temperatures during operation.

Operating temperature range: -40°C to 105°C (some models extend to -40°C to 125°C), suitable for complex environments with large temperature differences such as automotive electronics and industrial control.

Flexible Customization and Wide Application

Supports customization of pin length, insulator height and other parameters. Insulator height is available in 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and other options to meet different PCB assembly clearance requirements. Contact plating specifications can also be adjusted.

It is often used with matching SMT pin headers of the same pitch, widely applied in board-to-board signal transmission for communications equipment, medical instruments, smart home, security devices and other applications.
