The housing is made of high-temperature resistant LCP liquid polymer material, capable of withstanding a reflow soldering temperature of 260℃ ± 5℃. The terminal solder pads are treated with a high-temperature anti-oxidation coating, and the coating does not fall off during the welding process, perfectly adapting to the automated SMT production line and meeting the compact layout requirements of ultra-thin devices. 

Highly stable connection design, ensuring precise and reliable signal transmission 

The terminals are made of high-purity oxygen-free copper with gold plating, with a plating thickness of ≥ 0.3 μm. The contact resistance is ≤ 15 mΩ. They have outstanding anti-oxidation and anti-wear properties, effectively reducing signal transmission loss. The double-row connector adopts a staggered terminal layout, combined with grounding shielding ribs, and the impedance is precisely controlled at 50Ω ± 5Ω, which can meet the requirements of high-frequency signal transmission and eliminate signal crosstalk between channels. 

The pins are manufactured using an integrated stamping process, with a verticality error of ≤ ±0.05mm. When inserting the mother connector or pressing the wiring, the force is evenly distributed, and there will be no problems such as pin skewing or deformation. The insertion and extraction force is precisely controlled at 1.0 - 1.5N per pin, providing a smooth and unobstructed feel. The insertion and extraction lifespan can reach over 8,000 times, and after repeated insertion and extraction, the clamping force can still remain stable, meeting the long-term usage requirements of the equipment. 

The structure is sturdy and durable, capable of withstanding complex working conditions. 

The housing is made of UL94 V-0 grade flame-retardant engineering plastic. The insulation resistance is ≥ 1000 MΩ, and the withstand voltage is ≥ AC 500V. This effectively isolates the risk of circuit short-circuit and ensures the safety of equipment usage. The connection part between the housing and the pins adopts a reinforced rib design, which enhances the overall structural strength and can withstand external force impacts during plugging and unplugging, preventing the pins from bending. 

The product can operate stably within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃. In low-temperature environments, the shell will not crack, and the elasticity of the pins will not be lost. Q1: How can the simple bull's horn structure be connected to the IDC (Integrated Drive Configuration) wiring? 

A1: Just align the insulation layer of the IDC wire with the opening position of the ferrule, and use the dedicated crimping tool to press the wire. The conductor of the wire can be closely connected to the ferrule pins without the need for welding. The connection is firm and efficient, and it is suitable for mass assembly. 

Q2: Are there any differences in the insertion and removal lifetimes between the through-hole type and the surface-mount type connectors? 

A2: There is no significant difference. The simple needle-like pins and spring-clip structures of the two installation forms are exactly the same. Both are made of highly elastic gold-plated material, and the insertion and removal lifespan can reach over 8,000 times. The only difference lies in the connection method with the PCB board.
