1.27mm SMT Single Row Female Header is a widely used board-to-board connector for surface mount applications, suitable for various compact electronic devices. Its core features are as follows:

Flexible and Compatible Specifications

Pin count ranges from 2 to 40 pins to meet different circuit connection requirements. With a 1.27mm standard pitch and single-row design, it supports multi-channel signal transmission while saving PCB space, ideal for high-density layouts. Some versions are available with positioning posts for improved mounting accuracy.

Optimized for Efficient SMT Process

Designed specifically for surface mount technology, it supports automatic placement and reflow soldering, and can be processed synchronously with other SMT components to greatly improve mass production efficiency. It is usually supplied in tubes or tape-and-reel packaging for automatic production lines.

Stable and Reliable Signal Transmission

Contacts are made of phosphor bronze or brass with nickel underplating and gold flash. Contact resistance is ≤ 20mΩ, ensuring low signal loss. Rated current is generally 1–2A. Insulation resistance is ≥ 1000MΩ, effectively preventing leakage and interference for stable circuit performance.

High-Temperature Resistance and Flame Retardant

Insulator is made of high-temperature engineering plastics such as PA6T or LCP, compliant with UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard, and can withstand reflow soldering heat.

Operating temperature range: -40°C to +105°C (some versions up to -40°C to +125°C), suitable for harsh environments.

High Customizability and Wide Application

Supports customization of insulator height, pin length, etc., to match different PCB assembly requirements.

Widely used in digital products, smart home, communication equipment, security devices and other electronics for board-to-board signal transmission.
