When raw materials enter the warehouse, all materials must undergo physical and chemical testing: LCP engineering plastics need to be tested for melting point and flame retardancy, and metal shrapnels need to be tested for elastic coefficient and conductivity; unqualified raw materials are firmly not allowed to enter the warehouse. During the production process, quality inspection nodes are set up for each process, such as testing dimensional accuracy after terminal stamping, checking appearance defects after injection molding, and measuring plating thickness after electroplating. Before finished products leave the factory, comprehensive performance tests are also carried out, including electrical performance (contact resistance, insulation resistance, withstand voltage value), mechanical performance (plug-in life, locking force, actuation force), and environmental performance (high and low temperature cycle, salt spray test, vibration test). Huaxinrong’s laboratory is equipped with professional equipment such as micro-ohmmeters, insulation resistance testers, high and low temperature humidity chambers, and vibration tables. All products must pass the testing, and each batch of products is accompanied by a unique batch number to realize quality traceability.
