The single-slot 0.8mm BTB (Board-to-Board) female connector with H3.8 stack height is an interconnect component suitable for medium-to-high density connection scenarios. 0.8mm Pitch

As a mainstream medium-precision specification in electronic devices, compared with 0.5mm pitch, it can reduce PCB routing difficulty and the risk of alignment errors during assembly, minimizing poor contact issues. Meanwhile, it adopts a double-row pin design, with common configurations such as 2×8P to 2×60P, which can meet the multi-signal channel transmission needs of medium and high-end electronic devices, balancing practicality and economy.

Single-Slot & Female Connector

The "single-slot" means the connector has only one mating slot. Contact terminals are mostly made of copper alloy or phosphor bronze, with selective gold plating on the surface. This not only reduces contact resistance to ensure stable signal transmission but also the gold plating layer can improve oxidation resistance and wear resistance. Insulators are generally made of LCP engineering plastic, which can withstand the high temperature of reflow soldering in the SMT mounting process and meets the UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard, ensuring higher safety.

The plugging life can generally reach hundreds of times, which can meet the plugging needs during daily equipment maintenance, and most products comply with environmental standards such as RoHS and REACH.

In the consumer electronics field, it can be used for connecting the main board and sound module of mid-to-high-end smart speakers, and the main control board and display module of portable game consoles. In the industrial field, it is suitable for inter-board signal transmission of small sensors and PLC modules, coping with normal working conditions in industrial environments. In automotive electronics, it can be used for internal connection of auxiliary electronic components such as on-board small screens and on-board chargers.
